Action: The audience enters a space to find the artist wearing a white turtleneck shirt, walking in front of a wall with circular hooks placed in its middle section, forming an unspecified pattern. Within this pattern, every 9 hooks are threated with a string of fishing line. Once audience members have settled within the space, he stands at the left side of the wall pattern and reveals a piece of blue yarn under his left sleeve. He places the end of the first fishing line in the hands of the closest viewer and then ties the line’s beginning to the blue yarn. The viewer pulls onto the string in order for the blue yarn to circularly unfold from the artist’s wrist and flow through the circular hooks on the wall to reveal the shape of a meander, before using a pair of scissors to disconnect the viewer from the line. This process is repeated in order to form the second part of the meander, by unfolding a piece of blue yarn from the artist’s right wrist. For the third part, he reveals a piece of yarn under his turtleneck, in order to initiate a circular process of movement unfolding the yarn tied to his neck. This process is repeated with a fourth viewer to formulate the meander’s next section. The artist reveals a piece of blue yarn in his mouth and places the fifth string of fishing line in a viewer’s hands. He ties the yarn to the fishing line and allows for the viewer to fill out the meander’s pattern by pulling it out from his mouth. This process is repeated in order to formulate the meander’s final sixth section. The artist ties the first piece of blue yarn to the first circular hook and then ties together each piece of yarn with the one next to it. At its end, he pulls the connected yarn tightly in order to shape a geometrical meander line and then ties it at the last circular hook. He places the remaining blue yarn onto his left shoulder and exits the space, allowing for the yarn to run along and fall onto the floor.
